Bussiere Sausage has been processing wildmeat and fowl for the last 30 years. 

Over that time frame our shop has come up with a few secrets that make our finished process product unique. 

Wild Meat is $2.75 lbs for sausage, anything smoked is $4.75 lbs vac-pac  as in Pepperettes, Kielbasa, Salami, etc...
