History of Bussieres Sausage:
My business is named after me, Denis Bussiere, if you are proud of the product its my belief that you should put your name behind it, and that i did. I have been cutting meat for almost 30 years, and let me tell you after Moose season over sometimes it feels like 50 years. I am very proud of the work that our team does at the shop, and for the last 10 years we have obtained certification from the Ontario Food Inspection and are recognized as a certified processor of meat.
We do alot of things really good, but we specialize in sausage processing and smoked products. I have been delivering my meat products up and down Hwy 11 to the same customers for 30 years,
and my son Joey has been helping me out and learning my trade secrets so I hoping that a Bussiere name will be supplying Ontario residents our sausage and smoked products for another 30 years.
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 6:00pm
Saturday 9am - 5pm
